Greetings on this beautiful Saturday morning!
Just finished a little reading. A little listening. A little hearing. A little idea generating. And then this song popped into my head. Don’t quite know why. So you know me, I reached for the laptop. Pulled it up on Youtube.
I’m listening to it now as I write this post and remembering the key to this one was to listen to it waaaaaaaay up loud, in the car with TONS of BASS.
The song was done by a trio of talent which consisted of Sandra St. Victor, Peter Lord Moreland, and V. Jeffrey Smith. It was an international hit. In 1990, this song rose to the #10 spot on the UK Singles chart and here in the U.S., it reached the #3 on Billboard’s R&B chart.
