Happy New Year Y’all!
The holiday season was a busy one for me, but make no mistake…I managed to listen to good music all throughout!
So, as I’m sitting at my desk, cranking out some work and getting back into the swing of things–today’s SOTD came to me. The interesting thing about this selection is, I kept hearing only a TEENY fragment of the chorus–and it was giving me fits trying to figure out where I’d heard it before. All I kept hearing was, “…and on, and on and on.” Helpful, right? NOT. But it kept nagging me. Then, like I knew it would, a little bit more of the song came to mind and instantly I smiled!
This is was one that I used to play OFTEN from my favorite hip-hop group of ALL TIME…A TRIBE CALLED QUEST and their A LOW END THEORY album!
